My Morning Rituals for Energy Management and Stress Reduction – Lena Franklin


My most effective antidote to toxicity and stress constriction? Embracing ALL of life as a {LIVING MEDITATION}. For me, this means prioritizing rituals that remind me of my true nature of peace, power + equanimity.

Over the last year, I’ve been moving towards slower mornings + this has brought me a lot of JOY.

I spend at least an hour and a half doing a diary, reading + meditating before taking my phone out of airplane mode. I drink my coffee as if it were the last coconut milk coffee I will have on Earth. And I don’t bring my first client or meeting until 10 or 11 in the morning.

As a Soulpreneur, it is essential for me to diligently manage my energy in order to maintain a sacred and healing space for others. How we get into the day is a choice that dictates how we feel throughout the day. My morning rituals are not negotiable for me ~ an essential part of my mental, emotional + spiritual health.
