We do not need to check all the boxes on the yogic path immediately; it is a lifelong practice that will change and develop as we grow and progress.
We are all human beings; we do things wrong while trying to achieve everything at once while following the spiritual path. It is easy to end up over-analyzing ourselves or devoting countless hours to criticizing how we currently live our lives. The opportunity to hit us relentlessly can come to the surface if we are too critical.
